Ho Coc Beach has smooth sand that slopes gently and is lined with poplar trees. The beach remains unspoiled and its blue and white rolling waves are a chance at cool comfort.

Beach volleyball, surfing and even canoes are all available to tourists. Simple huts can be rented that overlook the sands and are great for relaxing meals and a view of the Pacific for VND400,000 for ten camp beds. There is plenty of pristine coast line to explore by foot and clear water for swimming. Behind the beach is a primitive forest of large, shady trees and a variety of smaller flora.

Overnighters can pay VND160,000 for one of the 28 beachfront bungalows at resorts or much less to rent a tent at the camp ground.

After swimming and relaxing at Ho Coc Beach, Binh Chau Hot Springs covering 33ha is endowed with forest, sea, springs and cool weather year-round.

Visitors are usually surprised by the giant natural hot spring. There is a cluster of 70 pools of water varying in temperature from 40 to 82ºC.

The spring is also famous for its hot mud baths, which world scientists have recommended as one of the best elements for man’s immune system and health recovery.

Visitors should take the opportunity to have a hot spa bath and mud bath for smoother skin and to reduce chronic diseases and nervous tension. Morning and evening foot baths help reduce rheumatism and improve circulation.

In addition to providing traditional physiotherapy, the springs have been developed with many relaxing recreational activities including fishing, crocodile angling, excursions on ox-carts and horse-carts, a musical dance and singing program and karaoke. For those wanting something more active there is a tennis court, a golf driving range, badminton and basketball.
