Discovering the first water bus route in HCMC

The first water bus route in HCMC, which connects Bach Dang Wharf in District1 and Thu Duc District, is scheduled to put into operation in October.


Able to carry 75 passengers at a time, the boat operates on the Sai Gon River

Route operator Daily Co Ltd on August 21 technically launched the service, carrying passengers from Bach Dang Wharf to Binh An Wharf in District 2 along the Sai Gon River.

Daily Co Ltd has plans to operate five water buses on the Bach Dang Wharf – Thu Duc route, which has a total length of 10.8 kilometers.


The first water bus route in HCMC
was technically operated on August 21, with many invited guests taking the trip

Each trip takes about 30 minutes and costs VND15,000 per person.
