The fifth Viet Nam Art Kite Festival kicked off on December 3 at the Bien Dong Resort in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau as part of a series of events during the International Kite Festival.
The Viet Nam Art Kite Festival 2015 was held in the southern coastal city of Vung Tau on February 28 and March 1, attracting large crowds of locals and tourists.
