Phu Quoc – Nam Du high-speed boat service opens
The high-speed boat route linking the island district of Phu Quoc and Nam Du Archipelago of Kien Hai District, Kien Giang Province, officially opened on December 14.
International visitors to Viet Nam in April estimated 1,341,913 arrivals, decrease 0.1% over last month and up 25.2% over the same period last year. Total international arrivals in 4 months reached 5,547,314 arrivals, increasing 29.5% over the same period last year.

Hue Imperial Citadel officially to open at night from 22 April 2017
(TITC) - According to Hue Monuments Conversation Centre, from 22 April to 15 September 2017, Hue Imperial Citadel will be open at night (7.00 pm – 10.00 pm) to serve visitors and create more the highlight in the heritage tour in the Viet Nam’s Central region.
Visiting Duong Lam Ancient Village
(TITC) - Belonging to five hamlets of Mong Phu, Cam Thinh, Dong Sang, Doai Giap and Cam Lam, Duong Lam Commune, Son Tay Town, about 45km to the west of Ha Noi, Duong Lam Ancient Village is the only village keeping intactly the structure and way of life of a Vietnamese ancient village in the Northern Midlands.
Dong Nai: 2,000 year old ancient tomb recognised as national special relic site
The Dong Nai provincial People's Committee held a ceremony on November 22 to announce the Prime Minister's Decision and receive a certificate recognising the Cu Thach Hang Gon ancient tomb as a national special relic site and Tran Bien Temple of Literature as a national historical relic.
