Vietnamese landscape appears in Korean hit Taxi Driver

Popular show Taxi Driver 2 of the Republic of Korea (RoK) has drawn plenty of public attention as it features scenes shot in Vietnam, including Dragon Bridge in Da Nang city, Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office of Ho Chi Minh City, and Ha Long Bay.

Vietnamese landscape appears in Taxi Driver 2.

The first season of Taxi Driver was a huge success when it first aired in 2021, receiving positive feedback from both viewers and critics.

Taxi Driver returns with the old cast and continues to focus on the journey of the Rainbow Taxi company of Kim Do Ki, played by Lee Je-hoon, and his crew who enforce justice. Their mission is to avenge those who are unable to claim justice for themselves.

Immediately from the first scene of Taxi Driver, the show captivates viewers with its thrilling details, and the Vietnamese street scene comes  to life on screen. 

The main character's task is to find a young Korean man who lost contact with his family during his trip to Vietnam.

Many famous spots of sightseeing across major cities continuously appear on screen.

The Korean hit has already attracted a large audience thanks to its dramatic and humorous elements. The first two episodes of Taxi Driver had a positive viewer rating of 12.1% and 10.3%, respectively.
