It is part of the activities held to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Russian October Revolution (November 7).

The exhibition features 100 photos focusing on three themes, namely the October Revolution in 1917, the Viet Nam-Russia friendship and the beloved Russia.

Photos of construction projects built in Viet Nam with the help of Russia are also on display, including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Viet Nam-Soviet Union Cultural Friendship Palace, Tri An and Hoa Binh Hydropower Plants.

Visitors also have a chance to contemplate photos of famous destinations in Russia such as Lenin Mausoleum and Red Square.

The event is expected to raise public awareness about the October Revolution and the Viet Nam-Russia strategic partnership for benefits of their people and for the sake of regional and international peace and development.

The exhibition runs until November 10.
