Argentine Week in Viet Nam to come

(TITC) – From 23 - 27 November 2015, in Ha Noi, the Embassy of Argentina will organize Argentine Week in Viet Nam to introduce Argentine culture, music, cuisine, dance, films, photography and trade to Vietnamese people after the success of the first “Argentine Night in Ha Noi” in 2014.

Visitors will have the opportunity to taste Argentine beef and delicious wines, learn how to cook local delicacies, enjoy Tango show, listen to Argentine electronic-tango-folk-rock music, participate in photo exhibition and watch best films.

The chain of events will kick off on 23 November with B2B meetings among the Argentine Beef Promotion Institute, some Argentine beef exporters and Vietnamese businesses. This will be followed by Argentine Night in Ha Noi where visitors will have the chance to enjoy authentic food cooked by the renowned chef Pedro Lambertini, music performances by DJ Pato Di Bernardo and tango show performed by Julieta Biscione and Roberto Castillo at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel.

On 24 November, the two chefs Lambertini and Nguyen Chung from Sheraton Hanoi Hotel will present how to prepare Western and Vietnamese dishes with Argentine beef.

With 30 photos of cities in the world including Ho Chi Minh City (Viet Nam), the photo exhibition “Urbana: City View” by the Argentine photographers Juliana Montani, Gabriela Cecilia Bardon and Nacho Calderón will be held on 25 November at the residence of the Argentine Ambassador to Viet Nam (Quang Ba Street, Tay Ho District, Ha Noi).

On this occasion, the Vietnamese audience will have the opportunity to watch free movies: “Vinyl days” on 26 November, “Natural Sciences” and “Tracks to return home” on 27 November.
