The new Buffet will offer, among other items, Cheese Sandwiches, Mini Croissants, Mini Baguettes, Individual Pork Rillete, Baked Anchovy Onion Palmiers, Pâté De Campagne and Hot Braised Beef Pie, Warm Quiche Lorraine, Seafood Spring Rolls, Curried Chicken Skewers, and Scones with Home-Made Jam and Double Cream, as well as such sweet temptations as Rustic Berry Tart, Strawberry Cheesecake, Passionfruit Cream Cake, Double Chocolate Mousse Cake, Madeleines, Mille Feulle (French “Custard Slices”), Petit Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries, Chocolate Pots De Crème with Kahlua and assorted Mini Éclairs. A selection of house French cheeses is also available for cheese lovers.
The High Tea Buffet is priced at US$15++ per person, including tea or coffee. The selection of teas includes English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Assam, Darjeeling, Lotus, Bac Thai, Jasmine and herbal infusions, such as Chamomile, Peppermint and Fresh Lemongrass. The coffees available include Espresso, Macchiatto, Cappuccino, Ristretto, Marrochino and Vietnamese-inspired coffee.
The High Tea Buffet including one glass of Louis Roederer Brut Premier champagne is priced at US$24++ per person.
